After a twenty-six year career in public education, Bill has joined Debbie in the real estate world working primarily as a Buyer's Agent on the Debbie Knox Team. Bill is able to apply knowledge, patience and negotiation skills acquired in public education to work with buyers, whether they are first time or experienced home buyers.

Bill has lived in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for close to 30 years and has a firm grasp on the many neighborhoods and activities that the area has to offer.  He would enjoy working and sharing his knowledge of the area with you.

Carol and her husband, Russell, moved to Texas a little over 15 years ago and live in Hurst with their Lhasa Apso, Chloe.  She enjoys shopping, going to plays, learning new things and visiting with friends.   But, most of all, she enjoys visiting her two grandchildren in California -- Kai and Damon who were born in 2008.  They are her pride and joy.

Carol's career has always been assisting others.  She was an administrative assistant for almost 30 years working in different industries.  After returning to college and receiving a bachelor's degree in Communication/Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2000, she turned her thoughts to real estate.  She became licensed in 2004 and has been applying her creativity to the real estate world ever since.  Now on the Debbie Knox Team, her primary objective assist clients and to ensure that transactions are handled smoothly and professionally.

Chris moved to the Metroplex from the Brownwood area when she was 14 years old.  As a result, she really knows the area.  She and her husband, Sammy, have a son and a miniature long-haired dachshund named Brandie.  They participate in the local music scene and enjoy entertaining friends.   

 

When  the opportunity came to learn about Texas Real Estate, Chris was anxious to jump in and make it a career.  Now, on the Debbie Knox Team, she is working as the Closing Coordinator… taking each transaction and working on every minute detail.  Her goal is to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly and closes on time.
